OUR SOUTH AMERICAN FUSION STREET FOOD

Our unique food is the result of a fusion of traditional recipes from exotic South America with the freshest ingredients from Adelaide and its surroundings. The resulting products are full of flavour and delicious freshness.

Andean style rice, finished off the grill with oven roasted chicken and vegetables. Tossed with 'chicharrones' (crispy pork cracklin chunks) and sweet plantain.

120 grams of slow cooked Coorong Angus beef, marinated in local beer, herbs and spices. Served on a grilled quinoa seeded roll with grilled capsicum and baby spinach in La Chiva special sauce.

Free range pork chorizo pattie (South American style, made with South Australian pork) topped with crispy lettuce, fresh coriander, smoked salsa roja & La Chiva special sauce. Served on a traditional Colombian 'pan blandito' (soft bread) lightly tosted on the grill.
